Edible Futures

Presented as part of the opening events for Cause and Effect: Young People's Perspectives on Past, Present and Future, Edible Futures invites participants to create edible models of their future neighbourhood, city, or dwelling. Young people were encouraged to lay down streets of nori, build up a forest of broccoli, and nosh their way through a skyline of apples and carrots.
